Your total rental rate is calculated based on the information provided at time of booking. Quoted total rate will include any extras you select during the booking process. Our counter agents will review all charges with you to ensure that your total charges meet with your approval when you pick up your car.
Europcar reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, this can vary from location to location.
In New Zealand, you may cancel your reservation - through Europcar websites or Reservation Centres - at no charge up to 2 hours before the pick up date and time.
If you have not cancelled your reservation and fail to collect the vehicle in due time, a fee of $50 NZD (plus GST) for New Zealand rentals or 30 Euros (plus applicable tax), or equivalent in destination currency for other countries, will be charged to your credit card ('No Show Fee').
