Please read theGeneral Terms & Conditions and fill in the card enrolment form. The form must duly completed, printed out, signed, and sent to the Europcar Head Office of the country in which you live and fulfil legal obligations.

 
 

This form enables you to subscribe to Europcar's Privilege card. By signing the form, you expressly declare having acknowledged and accepted the above General Terms and Conditions and these documents then constitute your Privilege Card contract with Europcar. Please choose from the three different levels of service possible with the Europcar Privilege card :

Privilege Card (Complete section A); Instant recognition service throughout the Europcar worldwide network.

Privilege Ready card (Complete sections A, B & D); Priority at the counter. Simply show your driving licence & sign the rental agreement.

Privilege Ready Master Rental Agreement (Complete sections A, B, C & D); Priority at the counter. No signature needed. Just show your driving licence.

Please note that it is mandatory to provide all the information requested to benefit from the associated express services. Fields showing a (*) are mandatory.

Europcar endeavours to ensure that data held concerning you is accurate, up-to-date and complete so that we can provide you with a high quality of service. In accordance with the EU Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC) you may exercise your right to access, modify or remove data collected and stored by Europcar at any time, by contacting the Europcar data centre of your country of residence: addresses may be found in the About Us section in the footer.

Europcar is an international company which owns data banks in various countries. To facilitate your rentals, Europcar may need to transfer your personal data to its data banks around the world. If the level of personal data protection in a country is not adequate, Europcar ensures that the data transferred to this country is sufficiently protected.

The Driver ID gives the Europcar system an immediate access to the driver's personal information such as name, address, phone number and driving licence number, thus simplifying and accelerating the booking and rental processes.   • I have read, understood and accepted the General Terms and Conditions attached, in particular the section concerning the 'Ready Service' option.
  • I confirm the information I have provided is true and correct.
  • I understand that I must log-in with my Europcar identification number (Europcar ID) each time I book online to benefit from the 'Europcar Ready Service'.
  • I undertake to update my profile in the My Account section if my data is modified, including but not limited to my driving licence and method of payment or to inform the Europcar Data Centre of my country of residence (see address & fax above) as soon as possible.

2. Liability Reduction Options

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - reduces the Damage Liability Fee in the case of loss or damage
