- The staff at the airport are great, always friendly and willing to help. They recognise me as a repeat customer which is great. I also like the fact that the car is parked under cover for me and is easy to collect.

- I don't like the way I can't contact the Wellington Airport Office directly, the phone number goes directly to the call centre. Often I change flights or delayed and I need to talk to someone at the counter rather than a call centre person.

- Had to read the owners manual to find out how to operate many of the cars features. At night when you have just arrived from a long trip is not the best. A few minutes with someone would have been great.
