How to receive a copy of my invoice?
Did you book directly on the Europcar website? (europcar.co.nz or europcar.xx) Please choose your situation below:
The Invoice is sent by email after the rental (once the past rental is closed, available after 36/48 hours)
These conditions must applied to retrieve your invoice online*:
- You Need to have booked Online on Europcar website with an email address
- Invoice available for a booking Online between 36 hours and less than 6 months old
- Paid by credit card
You have two possibilities to download your invoice online (only if your rental followed the conditions above*)
👉 If you want to retrieve online your invoice : you can directly click on "Manage my booking" , add your email address or name and reservation number and click on "Download invoice"
👉 or you can click here and on the "Download your invoice" Button - add your email address used for booking and your booking number
If you booked via a partner (Travel agencies, other booking sites, Kayak, Rentalcars.com, Booking...)
👉 You must contact their customer service directly for a query about your invoice or other topics.
