Tesla User Guide by Europcar

Europcar will provide you with a key card. Place the key card on the circle near the driver's window to lock/unlock the vehicle from the outside. The Tesla app does not give you access to the rental vehicle's remote control features. View the video guide to unlocking the car here

To open the door, press the right-hand side of the handle to extend and pull to open.

To exit, press the button on the top of the armrest handle. View the video guide to opening the doors here

Tesla cars do not have a start button. 

To start the car, place the key card in the cup holders, press the brake and put the car in gear.

To stop the car automatically, select park mode, remove your keycard and close all doors. If you do not remove your key card, the car remains accessible and can be driven. The touchscreen can also switch the car off. View the video guide to start and stop here

Under the bonnet, there is a space to store your belongings. 

To open it, press the "open" button on the touch screen.

To close it, close the bonnet until the latches are in contact. Then, on either side of the T, place both hands on the front of the bonnet and press firmly until the latches engage. View the video guide on opening and closing the front boot here

There are two types of charging cables in the vehicle's boot. One is for domestic use, and the other is for city roadside charging.

When charging on the highway, use the charging pole's cable.

Charging times are determined by the charging station's power capacity and the charging power of the vehicle.
