Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Offer valid in the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom.
   2. The applicable discount for online bookings is up to 35% on prepaid and/or no-prepaid rates for all Europcar customers, via this specific webpage using their Privilege ID. The discount is applicable to all categories of vehicles, vans and trucks, except restriction mentioned below. The percentage of discount is calculated on the basis of the non-reduced price (i.e. the reference price) – checking the same selection criteria (eg: dates, destination, vehicles, etc…)
   3. Offer is valid for bookings made from 2nd January 2018 to 31st January 2018 and for rentals made from 2nd January to 31st March 2018.
   4. Rentals are subject to Europcar’s Terms and Conditions of Hire, Europcar’s Insurance and Protection and this Global Promo Specific Terms and Conditions applicable at time of rental in country of rental, available on website: www.europcar.com

   5. Specific conditions apply for this offer:

      • - In Belgium: the applicable discount is 25%. ECMD, CCMD, DDMD and Prestige are excluded from the offer. More details regarding vehicles categories codes (1).
      • - In Denmark: the applicable discount is 25%.
      • - In France: the applicable discount is 25% on rentals between 5 and 21 days for pick up during the week, on rentals between 1 and 3 days with pick up on Thursday, and on rentals between 1 and 2 days with pick up on Saturday.
      • At Geneva station, the applicable discount is 25% on rentals between 5 and 21 days for pick up until 22^nd March, and black out on weekend.
      • The offer is not applicable for rentals made from 23^rd March 2018 to 31^st March 2018. The offer is not applicable in all Europcar stations. To see more details about Europcar stations which do not participate in Privilege exclusive offer, please refer to the table (2).
      • - In Germany: the applicable discount is 25%. The offer is not applicable from 28^th March to 31^st March in the following stations: TXLT01, SXFT01, BERC02, BERC01, BERE01, BERN01, BERS01, BERW01, BERW04, BERC05, BERE02, BERE03, BERE04, BERN03, BERN04, MUCT01, MUCN01, MUCN02, MUCS04, MUCC01, MUCL01, MUCE01, MUCE02, MUCS10, MUCW01, MUCC10, MUCE11, MUCN05, MUCS06, MUCS08.
      • - In Ireland: the applicable discount is 15%. The offer is not applicable from 23^rd March 2018 to 31^st March 2018.
      • - In Italy: the applicable discount is 35%. The offer is not applicable for rental made from 24^thMarch 2018 to 31^st March 2018.
      • - In Portugal: the applicable discount is 25%.
      • - In Spain: the applicable discount is up to 30%. The applicable discount for FVMR and SVMR vehicle categories is up to 10%. The offer is not applicable for rentals from 23^rd March 2018 to 31^st March 2018.
      • - In United-Kingdom: the applicable discount is up to 25%, with a minimum of 2 days advance booking. The pick-up period is extended until 31^st August 2018.
      • The offer is not applicable from 28^th March 2018 to 2^nd April 2018.
      • For pick up from 2^nd January 2018 to 4^th February 2018 on Cars:

      o       All stations:

      -       0% discount for 1 day rentals

      -       5% discount for 2 days rentals

      -       25% discount for rentals from 3 to 20 days

      -       10% discount for rentals from 21 to 27 days

      -       0% discount for rentals of 28 days or more

      ·        For pick up from 5^th February 2018 to 28^th March 2018 on Cars:

      o       All stations:

      -       0% discount for 1 day rentals

      -       10% discount for 2 days rentals

      -       25% discount for rentals from 3 to 20 days

      -       10% discount for rentals from 21 to 27 days

      -       0% discount for rentals of 28 days or more

      ·        For pick up from 3^rd April 2018 to 31^st August 2018 on Cars:

      o       All stations:

      -       5% discount for 1 day rentals

      -       15% discount for 2 days rentals

      -       25% discount for rentals from 3 to 20 days

      -       10% discount for rentals from 21 to 27 days

      -       0% discount for rentals of 28 days or more

      ·        For Vans rentals:

      o       All participating stations (excluding Scotland and North Ireland), with 2 to 14 days advance booking period:

      -       10% discount for rentals from 1 to 7 days, with a pick up between Sunday and Thursday

      o       All participating stations, with 2 to 14 days advance booking period:

      -       10% discount for rentals from 1 to 7 days, with a pick up between Sunday and Thursday

      -       0% discount for rentals from 1 to 4 days, with a pick up on Friday and Saturday
