- International Brand Presence: You operate under the Europcar name, a major international player in the car rental industry. The Franchisor, Eurofleet Pty Ltd, carries on business in Australia under the name Europcar.
- International Network: Europcar operates an extensive network in over 140 countries globally.
- Central Reservation System: Access to the Franchisor's Central Reservation System (CRS), which includes a central number and web-based booking facility, helping to facilitate customer inquiries and bookings.
- Customer Loyalty Programs: Participation in the Europcar loyalty program and partner arrangements, such as those with Accor hotels, which offer benefits to frequent customers and can drive business to your franchise.
System, Support & Training
Europcar provides a structured framework, established processes, and hands-on support to help you run your business effectively:
- Exclusive Territory: Your franchise will be granted an exclusive territory where the Franchisor generally agrees not to authorise another person to operate a vehicle rental business from premises within that area, nor conduct one itself, subject to certain exceptions like servicing customers from outside the territory or airport locations.
- Established Business System: You are granted the right to operate using the Intellectual Property and the established System developed by the Franchisor for a vehicle rental business.
- Initial and Ongoing Training: The Franchisor provides an initial training program and ongoing training sessions/seminars to the franchisee's nominated representative and employees to ensure knowledge of the Europcar System, standards, and procedures.
Your investment includes:
- Operational Manual: You receive the Operations Manual on loan for the duration of the agreement, which details the System, Image, Standards, and procedures.
- Group Buying Power: The Franchisor may coordinate and facilitate group buying arrangements and discounts for members of the Network.
- Marketing Fund: You contribute to and benefit from the Marketing Fund, which is used for the promotion of the entire Europcar network, including online and general advertising, and promotional activities.
