Terms & Conditions

1. *Offer valid in the following countries: Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain and United Kingdom. (Offer not valid in the UK or France for residents of Australia, New Zealand or the United States of America).
2. The applicable discount for online bookings is up to 40% on prepaid and/or no-prepaid rates for all Europcar customers, via this specific webpage using their Privilege ID. The discount is applicable to all categories of vehicles, vans and trucks, except restriction mentioned below. The percentage of discount is calculated on the basis of the non-reduced price (i.e. the reference price) – checking the same selection criteria (eg: dates, destination, vehicles, etc…)
3. Offer is valid for bookings made from 16th July 2018 to 22nd July 2018 and for rental pick-ups from 23rd July to 2nd September 2018. The applicable discount is valid only if the booking is made at least 7 days before pick up day.
4. Specific conditions apply for this offer.
5. In Denmark: the applicable discount is 40% on rentals between 5 and 29 days.
6. In Germany: the applicable discount is 40% on rentals between 5 and 24 days, and is not applicable to Vans, Premium, Luxury and Special vehicles. Categories FVAR, FVMR, SVMN, SVMR, SVAN, SVAR, PVAR, LVAR, XVAN, XVAR, PDAR, PWAR, LDAR, LWAR, XDAR, XLAR, XXAR, PFBR, PSMR, PTMR, UTMR, LFBR, WWEV, LFFD, LTGD, LTGV, LGGD, XCAR, XFBR, XGRD, XEJV, XFRV, GFED, GDBR, GWBR, PTGV, PNGV are excluded from the offer.
7. In Italy: the applicable discount is 40%. The offer is not applicable for rental made from 2nd July 2018 to 18th August 2018 in Sardinia, Sicilia, Puglia and Campania.
8. In Portugal: the applicable discount is 30% for rentals between 5 and 29 days.
9. In Spain: the applicable discount is 30%.
10. In United-Kingdom: the applicable discount is 38% on rentals between 3 and 20 days and in Regional airports, Scotland and Central London. The offer is not applicable for residents of the United States of America, Australia and New Zealand.
11. In France: the applicable discount is 30% on rentals between 7 and 29 days.
    The offer is not applicable in all Europcar stations. To see more details about Europcar stations which do not participate in Privilege exclusive offer, please refer to this table. The offer is not applicable for residents of United States of America, Australia or New Zealand.
12. Rentals are subject to Europcar’s Terms and Conditions of Hire, Europcar’s Insurance and Protection and this Global Promo Specific Terms and Conditions applicable at time of rental in country of rental, available on website: www.europcar.com
