Electric Day Pass (EDP) is a low emission airport-based round trip car rental / share service. EDP Members travelling to and from Auckland, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson and Christchurch Airports will have access to pre-booking and collecting the keys to a fully electric BMW i3 as soon as they jump off their flight.

Whether you need an electric vehicle for a minimum of 4 hours or a maximise of 5 days, EDP has you covered. Domestic Travellers are invited to join EDP free of charge, where you will gain access to competitive rates (and Wilson Parkmate discounts) allowing you to experience driving a battery electric vehicle as part of your daily business or personal trip.

We should also point out, EDP members will have access to pick up and drop off an electric vehicle at our Auckland City Europcar Branch, making hiring an EV around the city even easier. Best of all, you wont need to pay for fuel!

    6. Standard passenger vehicles include unlimited kilometres in metropolitan areas for up to 14 days, 200km per day for rentals in Country areas
