We’re committed to making car hire accessible and comfortable for all customers. If you have any concerns about a booking or specific accessibility requirements for your rental, please contact our team at info@europcar.com.au. We’ll review your request and be in touch to provide the support you need. If you are travelling with a service dog, please inform our team in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth experience throughout your rental.

Europcar recognises the importance of providing an accessible and usable website for all user groups. We have incorporated 'best practice' design principles and established W3C standards and guidelines, to ensure that this website can be used effectively and easily by all.

We are currently in the first phase of an ongoing process to improve functionality, usability, and accessibility. Research and studies have been carried out to help ensure these are developed in a user-focused manner.
