In the context of the COVID-19 crisis, Europcar Mobility Group is implementing the "Together" program to facilitate the mobility of frontline personnel and assist in the transport of essential goods:

- Special rates have been set up for essential services organisations and frontline staff who provide health or safety services (such as doctors, nurses, hospitals, police etc.). For more information on this service, click here.

Our network remains at your service

To ensure the safety and overall welfare of our employees, as well as the community; we have decided to temporarily close some of our branches. Please find here the list of branches that remain open and able to service your car, van and truck rental needs.

- We have extended our free of charge modification and cancellation policy to your current or future reservation for any pick-up until the 31st of May 2020.

- We have a product available for young drivers where we have waived our “Young driver” fees for customers that require a means of transportation for work. Please click here for more information.

Any vehicle available under the “Together” program is subject to rigorous cleaning and disinfection measures after each rental, as well as ‘zero contact’ policy with Europcar employees in branches.
